Welcome to the FOURTH edition of Recycled Creativity Festival
The last festival of the summer has volunteering as its central theme, with creative workshops, films, discussions and music. What can be done if we all come together? Remains of plastic, electronics and paper will be transformed through creative ideas into new useful, funny or simply beautiful items. But recycling also works just as well with music and film material. In this forth year edition artists, volunteers and young people from diverse ethnical and social backgrounds realize the festival with their own interpretations of recycling.The festival is what the volunteers make it. What sets this year apart from previous years is that not only is the festival happening across many days but also across many locations! We will kick off with the big recycling day at the Wagenburg Lohmühle on the 15th of September and have experimental days at the UFA-Fabrik and then with a not to be missed bike-tram move the entire festival over to Funkhaus Grünau (21st September). The festival is only as wonderful as you make it, so come be a part of it!

Call for food-action
Food unites people and cooking makes this possible! We are very happy that this years Festival Food and Cooking will be supported by the Berliner Tafel and the awesome crew of Abfall Küche Berlin. Preparing VOKU for 250 - 300 people means a lot of FUN that needs a lot of PEOPLE

Call for items for the Upcycling Handmade Shop
Are you an inventor? Do your reuse materials to create new treasures? Do you like doing it yourself and are you happy to craft and make all day? Then we are looking for your recycled handcrafted products to promote them together with your ideas at Recycled Creativity Festival 2012.
There will be a little shop at Lohmühle Wagenplatz from 15h-22h during Recycled Creativity Festival on 15th of September, and also at Funkhaus Grünau on the 22nd of September 2012 of the souvenir prices will go to the Recycled Creativity Organisation and the rest to the handcrafter. Write to tau@trial-error.org and explain what you would like to offer and how many do you have and we can see if it fits!
